Member SYNC has a one-time setup fee of $299 and your billing account will be billed accordingly. There are no additional monthly fees. Your website does need to be running in the UnionActive version 3 system or higher. If you are interested in a website update, click here for information.

Our engineers will customize the Member SYNC function to work with your specific member database file. We will program the process to SYNC only the data you want from the member database file. The export file can include additional information beyond the standard contact data that you want to display to each member. This setup fee will also cover the cost to program and display extra information to each member like dues status information. For more complex output like PDF invoice generation additional setup fees could be required.
