The UnionActive system features a support tab in the admin area that provides a ton of helpful information about using your website including:

Personal website training:
The purchase of a UnionActive website also includes an initial 1 hour personal training session where we will go through the site with you or anyone in your staff, show you how to use it effectively, and answer any questions that you have.
Quick access to help desk support:
If you need help with something on your UnionActive site, or have a question about how to do something, we encourage you to use the support form in the admin area. The support from will send your request along with your contact info automatically included, which allows us to quickly identify your website and keeps you from having to enter your info in each time. If appropriate, your question and our answer will also become part of the built-in knowledgebase feature, which constantly adds to the information available to other website administrators.
To get to the support form, go to the admin area of your website, click the support tab, and complete the online form.
Continued support for the life of the website:
Once you are up and running with your website we offer continued support for as long as you are using our service. We are here to help you get the most out of the UnionActive system, and we will do our best to ensure all your needs are met. If you need help with anything on the site don't hesitate to ask. We are always looking for suggestions on ways to improve the system, so let us know what would help you get the most out of your website.

Please be respectful of our staff and other clients who wish to call in by limiting unscheduled calls to 15 minutes.
